Improve Your Decision Making in Uncertainty

A Hands-On Workshop

Dr. Amy Zalman, CC ‘90

Adj. Professor of Communication, Culture, and Technology Program, Georgetown University

CEO of Prescient, LLC

Everyone hopes to make decisions with perfect knowledge. Yet this is not always possible, especially when decisions need to be made about circumstances that are complex, dynamic and unlikely to resemble the past.

Please join us for an evening workshop designed to help leaders make strategic decisions to address uncertainty with minimal preparation time or skills building. You’ll walk away with a concrete activity you can use yourself, or take back to your organization, to help reduce risk and to make purposeful, informed decisions -- even when information does not exist.

This event is open to the public and will especially benefit those interested in sharpening their organization’s approach to anticipating, managing and thriving in future conditions.
