Join journalist and parent educator Katherine Reynolds Lewis for an interactive talk about how parents can manage working from home, 24-7 parenting, and our own anxiety and stress in this uncertain phase of the pandemic. The author of ‘The Good News About Bad Behavior: Why Kids Are Less Disciplined Than Ever — And What to Do About It’, Katherine will offer daily and weekly practices for finding calm, discerning and meeting your real needs, and setting healthy boundaries. Participants will leave the session more confident in their parenting and time-management decisions, encouraged by her compassionate and humorous approach.
